This carefully curated experience is designed as a guided organoleptic tasting, allowing guests to fully appreciate the nuances of premium extra virgin olive oils.
Participants will explore the key evaluation criteria, color, aroma, and taste, while gaining insight into different olive cultivars and the distinctions between light, medium, and intense fruity profiles.
The tasting also provides a practical understanding of how to best use high-quality oils in comparison to industrial products, enriching both culinary knowledge and sensory appreciation.
A selection of carefully chosen oils will be presented:
